Costra adopts a zero-account usage mode. Users can open the App and use all core functions including image uploading, AI outfit generation, scene style matching, local wardrobe archiving and image downloading without registering an account, logging in, or binding any personal information. The App does not contain redundant functional modules such as social interaction, public comment, user dynamic sharing, online mall and commodity transaction, ensuring a pure and lightweight user experience while maximizing user privacy security.
The App supports a dual payment system of premium subscription and in-app coins to unlock advanced functional rights and interests. All service triggering, authority verification and data processing procedures are completed in a local closed-loop mode. We always take user privacy protection as the core design principle of the product, and all functional operations will not involve unauthorized collection and leakage of user private data.
The core service of Costra is to generate personalized real-person outfit effect pictures based on users' actual uploaded portrait photos. Users can independently upload personal real-life portrait images and select four major scene styles including daily commuting, Chinese style cheongsam, dinner party and travel outfit. Through the App's built-in local AI algorithms, image-to-image generation and dual-image fusion technology, the App can fit the user's body shape and temperament to generate complete real-style outfit matching effects.
All generated outfit effect images will be automatically archived in the user's local exclusive wardrobe directory. Users can independently preview, download and locally share the generated images. All file storage and data management behaviors are limited to the user's personal mobile device, and no data will be synchronized or uploaded to any external network server. Advanced outfit generation functions need to be unlocked by consuming in-app coins, while premium subscribed users can enjoy unlimited generation, free coin rewards, high-definition export and exclusive member rights. All rights verification processes are completed locally without any network data interaction.
IMPORTANT PRIVACY NOTICE:
Costra does NOT collect any facial data whatsoever. All information is processed entirely on your local device. Data is only retained on your personal device, and when you actively delete information, it is permanently removed. The App implements a full-scene, whole-process zero facial biometric information collection mechanism.
In view of the core service links of user portrait photo uploading, AI image generation, dual-image fusion fitting and outfit effect rendering involved in the App, we hereby make a detailed, comprehensive and unambiguous statement on facial information processing. Costra implements a full-scene, whole-process zero facial biometric information collection mechanism. In no functional link, in no technical operation, and through no algorithm means will the App collect, identify, extract, record, cache, store, transmit, analyze or utilize any user facial feature information and facial biometric data. All AI image processing technologies only act on the user's body and clothing fitting areas, and completely isolate and shield all facial information data. The specific detailed rules are specified one by one as follows:
3.1 No identification and extraction of original facial feature data: When users upload personal real-life portrait photos for AI outfit generation, the App's built-in AI algorithm will not start any facial recognition scanning and facial feature extraction programs. The App only intelligently identifies the user's body contour, body proportion and body fitting area in the uploaded image, and only performs outfit overlay, style fitting and effect rendering for the body area. For all facial parts including facial outline, eye features, eyebrow features, nose and mouth features, facial skin texture, facial feature proportion and other unique biometric features that can identify personal identity, the App will completely ignore and shield them, and will not generate any facial feature data records.
3.2 Zero facial data participation in AI image generation and dual-image fusion: The core technologies of the App, including image-to-image generation and dual-image fusion processing, only calculate and optimize the body matching and clothing superposition effect of the image. In all algorithm operation links such as scene style adaptation, outfit texture rendering and image detail optimization, no facial feature data will be called, referenced, calculated or recorded. The AI model of the App does not have the functional authority to read, parse and store user facial information, and the entire image generation process does not involve any facial biometric data processing.
3.3 No local cache and permanent storage of user facial information: All user uploaded original portrait images and AI generated outfit effect images are only temporarily loaded in the local running memory of the user's device for real-time effect preview during user operation. The App will not automatically cache, save or back up any user facial feature information and facial detail data in the local device folder. After the user deletes the uploaded original image, clears the local wardrobe file or closes the App, all temporary image data and facial display content will be completely and automatically cleared without any data residue, and no recoverable facial information records will be formed.
3.4 No remote transmission and cloud storage of facial data: The App adopts a 100% local closed-loop processing mode for all image data. There is no built-in network uploading, data synchronization and cloud backup functions. All user portrait images and generated outfit images will never be uploaded to our official background server, third-party cloud server or any external network terminal. We do not have any cloud storage space for storing user facial information, and there is no risk of facial information leakage caused by network transmission.
3.5 No facial data analysis and secondary utilization: We will not use any technical means to analyze, mine, count and sort user facial information. The App will not conduct facial feature big data statistics, facial temperament analysis, user facial portrait construction and other extended data processing behaviors. All AI processing is only for meeting the user's personal outfit matching preview needs, and no user facial information will be used for algorithm training, product optimization, commercial analysis and other secondary utilization.
3.6 No association between facial information and user usage records: Since the App has no account registration and login mechanism, all user image uploading and AI generation operations are completely anonymous and unbound. No facial information and portrait image data can be associated with the user's device information, usage records and service authority data. The user's facial privacy status is completely independent and protected throughout the usage process.
3.7 No facial information sharing and disclosure: The App has no social sharing, public display, work publishing and third-party data sharing functions. We will not provide any user facial information and portrait image data to third-party service providers, cooperative institutions and advertising partners in any form, and will not disclose any user facial privacy content to the public.

All data storage behaviors only serve the user's personal use experience, and do not involve any external data transmission and collection behaviors.
The App adopts a dual payment mode of premium subscription and in-app coins. Users can consume in-app coins to unlock high-level outfit generation effects, and activate premium membership to enjoy exclusive rights such as unlimited outfit generation, free coin rewards and high-definition image export.
All membership authority verification and coin consumption verification processes are completed locally on the user's device. The payment and authority activation process will not call, collect or store any user portrait images and facial information. The opening of premium rights and coin function consumption only affects the user's use of App functional resources, and will not trigger any user privacy data collection and processing behaviors.
6.1 No redundant privacy risk functions: The App completely removes social interaction, mall transaction, live broadcast, comment and other redundant modules. There is no public dissemination and sharing channel for user generation works, which fundamentally avoids the risk of private image leakage.
6.2 Pure real-style generation positioning: The App only supports real-person and real-style outfit effect generation, and does not involve any cartoon, anime, two-dimensional and virtual image processing functions.
