This Premium Subscription Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") is a formal service agreement established between users (hereinafter referred to as "you" or "users") and the operator of the Costra mobile application (hereinafter referred to as "we", "us", or "the App"). This Agreement exclusively governs all rules, rights, obligations and service standards applicable to your purchase, activation and use of all premium subscription services and in-app coin payment services of Costra.
Costra is a lightweight real-style AI outfit generation tool for mature women, adopting an entirely no-account and no-login usage mode. All premium subscription and coin-based paid services are optional value-added services. Basic free functions of the App can be used normally without payment. By initiating payment, activating premium membership, purchasing in-app coins, and continuously using paid advanced functions, you fully confirm that you have read, understood and voluntarily accepted all terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to any clause of this Agreement, you shall not purchase or activate any paid services of the App.
All paid service verification, function activation and data processing of the App adopt a local device closed-loop operation mode. The App does not contain any social modules, mall trading functions and redundant public sharing functions. All paid service rights and interests only serve users' personal private use, and strictly abide by the App's core privacy protection rules.
Costra adopts an independent dual paid service mode of premium subscription + in-app coins, which is flexible for users to choose according to personal usage demands. All paid functions and resource unlocking permissions are only applicable to real-person realistic outfit generation scenarios, and do not involve any cartoon, anime or two-dimensional virtual image generation functions.
2.1 In-app Coin Service: In-app coins are virtual exclusive props in the App. Users can obtain coins through official purchase or member exclusive benefits. Coins can be consumed to unlock single advanced AI outfit generation effects, high-precision scene fitting effects and partial advanced rendering functions in four core scenarios including commuting, Chinese cheongsam, dinner party and travel.
2.2 Premium Subscription Service: Users who activate Costra premium subscription can enjoy all exclusive member rights and interests during the valid subscription cycle, including unlimited times of AI outfit generation, free regular in-app coin rewards, one-click high-definition image export, full-scene advanced style unlocking and other privileged functions. Subscribed users do not need to consume additional coins for conventional advanced generation functions.
2.3 Local Archiving Right: All outfit generation works obtained through paid services will be automatically archived in the user's local exclusive wardrobe folder. Users can independently preview, download and share locally offline, and all work data is only stored in the user's personal device without any cloud synchronization.
3.1 Payment Activation: All paid services of the App are completed through official authorized system payment channels. The subscription cycle, charging standard, coin package denomination and preferential activities are subject to the real-time display of the official payment page in the App. The paid service takes effect immediately after the user completes the payment successfully.
3.2 Validity Period Regulation: The premium subscription service is valid for a fixed cycle including monthly subscription, annual subscription and other optional cycles. The membership privilege is only valid during the current payment cycle and will automatically expire after the cycle ends. After expiration, the user will automatically return to the free function usage mode, and the unlimited generation and high-definition export privileges will be automatically invalidated.
3.3 Automatic Renewal Rules: If the user selects the automatic renewal option, the system will automatically deduct the corresponding cycle fee before the expiration of the current subscription period to realize continuous membership renewal. Users can turn off the automatic renewal function at any time through mobile device system settings or App official settings. Closing automatic renewal will not affect the normal use of paid privileges during the current valid period.
3.4 Virtual Service Rules: In-app coins and premium membership privileges belong to virtual in-app resources and functional service rights. After payment and activation, the service is deemed to be successfully delivered. No refund will be provided for subjective experience problems, unused privileges or unconsumed virtual coins.
IMPORTANT PRIVACY NOTICE FOR PAID SERVICES:
The App does NOT collect any facial data in any paid service link. All paid service behaviors will not trigger any collection, identification, storage and transmission of user facial biometric information. All information is processed locally on your device only.
We strictly abide by the App's core zero facial information collection protection mechanism in all paid service links including subscription activation, coin purchase, privilege verification and advanced AI function use. 4.1 Zero facial information invocation during privilege verification: All membership validity verification, unlimited generation privilege activation, high-definition export authority confirmation and coin consumption deduction verification are completed locally on the user's device. The verification system will not call, scan or read any user uploaded portrait images and facial feature data, and the facial information is completely isolated from the paid authority verification program.
4.2 No facial data processing in paid AI functions: The advanced AI generation, dual-image fusion and high-precision outfit rendering functions unlocked by paid services only perform algorithm calculation and effect fitting on the user's body shape and clothing areas. Consistent with free functions, all paid AI functions will not identify, extract, analyze or record any user facial contour, facial features, skin texture and other biometric information, and no facial data will participate in any algorithm operation.
4.3 No storage and synchronization of paid user facial data: The activation of paid membership will not increase any local caching and cloud storage authority for user facial images. All uploaded portraits and generated outfit images are still only temporarily stored in the local running memory during use, and will be automatically and completely cleared after the user closes the page or exits the App. No facial information will be retained due to paid service activation.
4.4 No association between paid records and facial privacy: We will not associate user payment records, subscription cycle information and coin consumption records with user portrait images and facial feature information. All paid behaviors are anonymous and unbound, which will not cause any additional privacy risks to user facial information.
5.1 All paid services and exclusive privileged resources of the App are only used for users' personal non-commercial private outfit preview and reference. Users are prohibited from using paid advanced functions for commercial creation, secondary dissemination, profit-making sales, infringing production and other improper behaviors.
5.2 Users shall not crack, modify or illegally use the App's paid privileges and virtual coin resources through third-party tools. Once any illegal tampering and abusive use behavior is found, we have the right to terminate the user's paid service qualification without refund.
5.3 Users shall independently confirm the applicability of the paid service before payment. We do not provide refund services for personal misoperation, inappropriate style expectation and other non-functional problems.
We reserve the right to optimize and adjust the paid service content, membership privileges, coin usage rules and charging standards according to product iteration, function upgrade and operation optimization. The adjusted service rules will be notified through in-app announcements. Your continued use of paid services after the announcement update means that you accept the latest agreement terms.
We guarantee that any optimization and adjustment of paid services will always adhere to the zero facial information collection rule, and will never change the local closed-loop privacy protection mechanism of user image data.
