This User Agreement ("Agreement") governs the use of the Costra mobile application ("App", "we", "us", "our"), a lightweight real-style AI outfit generation tool designed exclusively for mature women. This Agreement applies to all users ("you", "user") who access, browse, and utilize all functions and services provided by the App, including image uploading, AI outfit generation, scene style matching, local wardrobe archiving, premium subscription services, and in-app coin-based functional unlocking services.
By downloading, installing, and using Costra, you acknowledge that you have fully read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to all terms and rules stated in this Agreement. If you do not accept any part of this Agreement, you must immediately stop using the App and all its services.
Costra adopts a no-account, no-login usage model. Users can access all core functional services without registering an account, logging in, or binding any personal identifiable information. The App is designed to be lightweight and streamlined, with no social interaction modules, no public sharing functions, no comment systems, and no online mall trading modules, ensuring a pure private tool-oriented experience for every user.
Costra focuses on real-person, realistic outfit generation and does not provide any cartoon, anime, or two-dimensional virtual image rendering functions. Users may voluntarily upload personal real-life portrait photos, select from four core usage scenarios including daily commuting style, Chinese cheongsam style, formal dinner style, and travel leisure style, and generate customized real-person outfit effect images that fit the user's body shape and personal temperament through the App's built-in local AI algorithms, image-to-image generation, and dual-image fusion technology.
All generated outfit works are automatically archived in the user's exclusive local wardrobe folder on the user's personal device. Users have full rights to preview, download, and perform local offline sharing of the generated images. The App adopts a dual payment mechanism of premium subscription and in-app coins: advanced outfit generation effects require in-app coins for unlocking, while premium subscribed users are entitled to exclusive privileges including unlimited AI generation, free in-app coins, and high-definition image export.
All algorithm calculations, functional verifications, and image processing procedures are completed through a local device closed-loop system. No core operation data will be uploaded to the cloud or external servers, fully complying with mobile platform privacy and security specifications.
3.1 You confirm that all portrait images you upload are your own legal personal photos or images that you have obtained full legal authorization to use. You agree not to upload illegal, infringing, obscene, violent, misleading, or inappropriate images, and you shall bear all responsibilities arising from unauthorized or illegal image uploading.
3.2 You shall use the App's AI generation functions, local storage functions, and paid value-added services only for personal, non-commercial, private viewing and reference purposes. You are prohibited from using the App's functions for commercial reproduction, secondary dissemination, profit-making activities, or any illegal and improper behaviors.
3.3 You have full independent control over all uploaded original images and AI-generated outfit images stored locally on your device. You may delete, clear, and manage local wardrobe files at any time. We will not actively view, modify, or retain your local private files.
3.4 You acknowledge that the AI outfit generation results are for personal reference only. We do not guarantee that all generated styles will fully meet user aesthetic expectations, and functional optimization and effect iteration will be continuously carried out according to product updates.
IMPORTANT PRIVACY NOTICE:
Costra strictly prohibits any collection, identification, extraction, recording, caching, storage, transmission, analysis, and secondary utilization of user facial biometric information.
All information is processed entirely on your local device. Data is only retained on your personal device. When you actively delete information, it is permanently removed. The App does NOT collect any facial data whatsoever.
In consideration of the App's core functions including user portrait uploading, AI image generation, dual-image fusion, and intelligent outfit fitting rendering, we hereby provide a comprehensive, itemized, and unambiguous explanation of our facial information processing rules. Costra strictly prohibits any collection, identification, extraction, recording, caching, storage, transmission, analysis, and secondary utilization of user facial biometric information in any usage scenario and any technical processing link. All AI algorithm operations only target the user's body shape and clothing fitting areas, and all facial feature data is completely isolated, shielded, and never processed in any form. The specific binding rules are detailed as follows:
4.1 No facial feature recognition and extraction during image uploading: When you upload personal portrait photos to the App for outfit simulation and generation, the App's built-in AI system will not trigger any facial recognition scanning, facial feature detection, or facial data extraction programs. The algorithm only identifies human body contours, body proportion relationships, and clothing fitting areas required for outfit matching. All facial biological features including facial contours, eye features, eyebrow features, nose and mouth features, facial skin texture, facial feature proportions, and other unique identity recognition features are completely ignored by the system, and no facial feature data will be generated or recorded.
4.2 Zero facial data participation in AI image-to-image generation and dual-image fusion: The core technical links of the App, including intelligent image-to-image generation, dual-image fusion fitting, scene style adaptation, and outfit texture rendering, only perform data calculation and effect optimization for body and clothing areas. No facial data will be called, referenced, calculated, buffered, or analyzed during any AI model operation. The App's algorithm framework does not have the functional permission to read, parse, or process user facial information, and the entire image generation process completely excludes facial biometric data.
4.3 No local persistent storage of facial information: All uploaded original images and generated outfit images only exist in the temporary running memory of your local device during real-time preview operations. The App will not automatically cache, save, back up, or retain any facial detail information and facial feature data in local device folders. After you exit the generation page, delete local images, or close the App, all temporary data containing facial display content will be automatically and completely cleared without any residual or recoverable facial information records.
4.4 No cloud transmission and remote storage of facial data: The App adopts a 100% local closed-loop processing mechanism with no built-in network uploading, data synchronization, or cloud backup functions. None of your uploaded portrait images and AI-generated works will be uploaded to remote servers, third-party cloud platforms, or our official background. We never store any user facial information on any network terminal, and there is zero risk of facial privacy leakage caused by network transmission.
4.5 No facial data analysis mining and secondary utilization: We will not conduct big data analysis, feature mining, statistical sorting, temperament evaluation, and user portrait modeling based on user facial information. The App's AI technology is only used to realize personal outfit preview functions, and no facial data will be used for algorithm training, product iteration optimization, commercial data analysis, or any other secondary development and utilization behaviors.
4.6 No association between facial information and user service records: Since the App has no account registration and login mechanism, all user upload and generation behaviors are completely anonymous and unbound. No facial information or portrait data can be associated with device information, usage records, subscription permissions, coin consumption records and other service data. Your facial privacy is completely independent and protected throughout the entire service cycle.
4.7 No sharing and public disclosure of facial information: The App has no social sharing, public work display, third-party data delivery and other related functions. We will never share, provide, or disclose any user facial information and portrait image data to third-party service providers, cooperative institutions, advertising partners and the public in any form.
5.1 Service Rights: Users can purchase premium subscription services to unlock unlimited AI outfit generation, free exclusive in-app coin rewards, high-definition image export and other exclusive member rights. Users can also consume in-app coins to unlock single advanced outfit generation effects.
5.2 Local Verification Mechanism: All paid permission verification, membership validity judgment, and coin consumption deduction verification are completed locally on the user's device. The entire paid service process does not collect, call or associate any user facial information and portrait image data.
5.3 Service Attributes: All paid services are virtual functional rights and in-app virtual resource services. After the service is activated and used, it is deemed as completed delivery. No refund application will be accepted for subjective experience problems or non-functional failures.
We reserve the right to continuously optimize AI algorithms, update outfit style resources, upgrade functional experience, and adjust service rules and charging standards according to product iteration and operation needs. Any adjustment of terms will be notified through in-app announcements. Your continued use of the App's services after the update constitutes recognition and acceptance of the latest agreement terms.
We guarantee that any product iteration and function upgrade will always adhere to the core rule of zero collection of user facial information, and will never change the user facial privacy protection mechanism.
